For local employers

Hiring? Let's talk.

Free for employers. No fees for you or for job seekers.

NeighborForge connects local employers with local people who want to work, in the Mahoning Valley and Columbiana County.

Tell us what you need. A real person, Carl, reads every form and will reach out to you himself.
